I offer three packages, each of which can be tailored to fit your needs:
  • Onsite Intensive
    I created this package for clients with severe issues that need hands-on monitoring. In the Onsite Intensive, I'll educate staff, hold daily scrums, and be a consistent presence as we solve your crisis together. I'll be onsite 3 days per week, and you'll have priority over other clients the other 2 days of the week. I'll leave you with knowledge you can build on, a comfort level you feel good about, and I'll be available for follow-up questions by phone or email when the project is done.

  • Priority Care Program
    This program was created for clients who have relatively well-defined projects, but don't have the time or expertise to do those projects in-house. By outsourcing these issues to me, you'll be able to focus on your core business. Weekly check-ins and frequent progress updates give you the assurance that your project is in good hands.

  • Roadmap
    The Roadmap package is for clients who (a) have resources to complete projects and are just not sure how to prioritize them, or (b) want an initial analysis before committing to either Priority Care or the Onsite Intensive. In the Roadmap, I deliver an analysis of the issue(s) affecting your company, assess the market you're trying to address, make specific recommendations, and offer guidelines for implementation.
