How long have you been in business?
I've been consulting since January 2003.

What sorts of clients do you have?
I've helped small and mid-sized publishers, library content providers, book industry distributors and service providers, online retailers, and trade associations.

What qualifications do you have?
I've been at the digital forefront of the book industry for 12 years - since I helped start the books division at Muze in 1995. I've been Director of Content Development at Barnes & Noble.com, and Director of Content at SirsiDynix. I'm very active in the BISG/BISAC committees, and have created many presentations and articles about the increasing digitization of our business.

What kinds of consulting do you offer?
My consulting is very tailored to your needs. Essentially, I have three different packages - the Onsite Intensive, the Priority Care, and the Roadmap. You can look at each of these and decide which one most closely meets your needs, and we can customize from there.
