DESCRIPTION:The Annual Meeting of Book Industry Study Group (BISG) members will be held on September 8 at the McGraw-Hill Auditorium in New York City, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, 2nd Floor. The agenda will be full, with six prominent Board members and committee Chairs presenting highlights from the past 12 months and goals for the coming year.         Meeting events will include the introduction of a new Chair of the BISG Board of Directors, a review of the fiscal year 2006 Annual Report, and presentations about initiatives by BISG’s ISBN-13 Task Force, Distribution Executives Interest Group, and Research Committee.           A members-only lunch will be held after the meeting in the adjacent McGraw-Hill Gallery.
